In 2012, I experienced a life-altering stroke that left me with aphasia and ended my corporate career. But it didn’t stop me from living fully. In fact, it reshaped my path. Travel became my therapy, my purpose, and ultimately, my profession.

I began exploring cities near and far, from Springfield, Illinois, to Hong Kong. As I took on the responsibility of planning immersive, detail-rich trips, friends and family began turning to me for guidance. That’s when Depth and Discovery Travels was born.

Today, I help fellow travelers, especially those with unique needs, plan meaningful, well-organized trips focused on culture, cuisine, art, history, and human connection. With over 150 international journeys and visits to 56 countries, I bring a deep love of exploration and a belief that travel should be accessible, empowering, and unforgettable.
